Dr Iacovelli attended Cornell University for her undergraduate education and completed her Bachelor’s degree in 2011. She worked in informal science education at Boston’s Museum of Science for a few years before ultimately deciding to be a veterinarian. Dr Iacovelli graduated from Tufts Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine in 2019 and originally started practicing primary care medicine. She has since spent time practicing urgent care medicine for canine and feline patients. Outside of work, Dr Iacovelli enjoys traveling, painting her nails, and spending time with her five dogs.
