"Really transparent and kind to me, so understanding. I’m not a vet, I am not qualified to know animals the way they do. Never once was I shamed. And they were so good to my Winnifred. One went above and beyond to lay a blanket down for her and sat with her for a bit. My Win Mae Mae is not a dog, she’s a lover, so that small act of kindness means so much. Being loved is her love language, LOL. She just loves it. So really thank you so much for that."
