Dr. Thomas graduated from Rutgers University in 2007 with a Bachelor’s in biology and Thomas Jefferson University in 2010 with a Master’s in microbiology and immunology. While working in a research environment, she soon discovered her love for animals and medicine, which led to her graduation from the Royal Veterinary College in London in 2015. Following an internship at Ocean State Veterinary Specialists, Dr. Thomas worked in a combination of emergency medicine and general practice in both Pennsylvania and Rhode Island. In her free time she enjoys cooking, concerts, yoga and spending time with her husband and two Australian Shepherds, Dempsey and Ned.
