“Un-Adoptable” Pittie Becomes Ohio’s FIRST Pit Bull K9 Officer
This story just warms our hearts. We had to share.
Leonard found himself in a shelter at 1yr of age but was considered a problem dog.He has high hunt and toy drives which can make him intimidating for any homes with small pets or children.
But where many others saw a problem, Jim Alloway saw potential. Alloway, the executive director of the Union County Humane Society, helped put Leonard in a proper training program.
Now “Detective Leonard” will soon be on patrol, helping a local school to remain drug free. What a great ambassador to the breed – and SO handsome!
